Helen and I worked together

for just over a year, and during

that time I found my leadership

style changed in many ways. I have improved my comfort around delegating to my direct reports, moved from a directive to more collaborative leadership style and communicated the future vision for the team I lead more effectively.  I have also become more aware of the different leadership roles I play and now actively choose the best role to apply in a given situation while remaining authentic.  Helen has been passionate about building my self- awareness and supporting me with structure to help imbed change.  In turn this has made me a more effective leader.
