This month I am working with a team supporting them transition from their current leader (let’s call him Snow White) and bring in the new (let’s call him Little Red Riding Hood). The team want to spend some time reflecting on the past, what they have accomplished and learnt, where they are now, and what they want and need in the future. In other words, creating a team story.
The team didn’t need much prompting to ask for this to be the focus of our work together this month. So proud of this teams growth journey (despite some bumps along the way).
