What would your team t-shirt say?

I asked a team to design a t-shirt representing their team purpose - examples of their work below. The exercise must have resonated as they took an action to combine their designs and actually get t-shirts made up to wear (not my original intension – but hey, even better!).

Why is team purpose so important? Well, without shared and clearly articulated vision, goals, priorities and narrative of the future, how can you be sure you really are all aligned, or wearing the same t-shirt?
