Can your team articulate areas of strength, challenge, opportunity and quick wins? Quick wins are gold – small things, easy to change, with big impact. For an executive team of extraverts I am working with, one of their quick wins is keeping records of actions and decisions made. Because they love to contribute so many great ideas when they are together it can be unclear what they have actually agreed on. Taking notes sounds simple and it was!
