“How is your role reflected in nature?”

A team I work with selected a card representing their role and contribution to their organisation. The result? Great metaphors like: a fish in a school of fish swimming in the same direction, waves of creative thinking eroding deserts of technical thinking, and leaves funneling ideas (like water) for nourishment.  What a fun and valuable way to kick off a team coaching session - love it!

I often use metaphors from nature in my work. Something Louise Duncan, TetraMap Intl and Belinda Hayes PhD, PCC, CPCC have noticed - thank you for arranging the cards😉.
