The team I am working with today know David Clutterbuck’s High Performing Team (HPT) model really well. But we need a bit of energy and zhuzh. So, I put together the apple tree analogy below. To grow the apples that stakeholders need, HPT’s need the right leadership, clear purpose, strong relationships, learning and continuous improvement, and good internal and external processes.
