Client voice #1 - Why take the team on a development and coaching journey?

​I have the pleasure of being a contributing author in the “Team Coaching Handbook” (editors: Prof David Clutterbuck, Colm Murphy, Tammy Turner, MCC) (in press). My chapter outlines the good, bad and unexpected experiences of working with a team at St John, New Zealand on their development journey over a 12-month period. I was an internal coach at the time, reporting to the team leader, which makes the story even more intriguing.

Who better to tell you about that journey (and summarise key points in the book chapter) than the client himself!
