A goal for 2022 Contract.... ALL THE TIME!

Nailed it!

Had my last client session for the year on Friday. One of the successes of 2021 highlighted was that regular team session with me "have started some conversations that were not started before". I love it when clients quote text book responses back to me. The team coaching text book would say "holding space for the team to have the conversations they need to have." Nailed it!!! Great end to the working year. Thank you to all my clients, prospective clients, associates, collaborators, teachers and most of all my support "tribe". I'm proud to do what I do, and proud to be doing it with you.

"If in doubt, do it anyway"

Was the best advice I ever received. It was meant to relate to travel adventures, but it's ended up being a mantra for my life. I have taken more risks than I feel comfortable with and gained a huge amount of experience as a result. Around 30 years on, I remain extremely grateful for that advice (from someone I hardly knew, said in passing). In our ever changing world, reflecting on who we are and important influences in our lives can be very grounding. Try it!

The picture below was taken by me, just before I jumped on the sled pulled by a Reindeer in the Swedish Arctic Circle. It was -20 degrees. Next time we talk I'll tell you the full story... it wasn't as serene as this picture implies...
