First time I've printed the draft manuscript for the book I am working on. Almost a full ream of paper (sorry trees). Feeling very real now... excited and scared at the same time! Thanks again to all who are helping through the editing and proofing stages :-)

“ This (journey) was not just a stand-alone team development exercise. This was a complete reengineer of how we operated as a team and as leaders. At times it seemed hard, but the benefits were more than worth it."

If your team would benefit from a little re-engineering, please get in touch an find out what team coaching is all about.

...is a word team coaching guru Prof David Clutterbuck uses often. I thought he was making it up (dad joke) but it's a real term and has been in use for around 30 years. The official definition is "someone who is both an academic and an active practitioner in their subject area". I consider myself a pracademic, and the book I am working on is a great example of this. I applied coaching team theories, models and best practice with a team, resulting in some successes and some failures. The book shares insight gained, which will inform future team coaching theories, models and best practice - a continuous learning loop.

If you'd like to understand how a pracademic approach can help you and your team, please get in touch.
