While out of the city over the last week one of things that struck me is the amount of noise pollution, we are subject too. My normal background hum from busy city roads, helicopters and construction was replaced by sounds of the sea, birds and insects. Spending time in nature is sooooooo good for us. The benefits of nature can be integrated into work – I have several clients who take their teams outside for meetings, or go for a walk together as a break.

Over New Year I planned to spend time sitting under a tree decompressing from 2022. I cut it short due to rain. The second attempt in February was washed out... third time lucky? So my 2022 decompression is in March (and credit to stunning Doubtless Bay).

Don't deprioritise time you need for yourself. You will serve others better if you invest in you!

The last thing a creative team will relate to is a boring flipchart list. Lucky I brough Nemo with me to help - my version of the Ishikawa tool (cause and effect diagram) often used in change management, process improvement and strategy work. In typical Nemo style he came through.

Everything I do is tailored to a team's needs in their particular situation. If you would like to know how Nemo (or any of my other friends) can help you, please get in touch.
