About me
growth cultivator | leadership coach
team coach | academic & author
I cultivate leaders and teams to be the best they can be with my authentic, energic, experimental and contemporary style.
The support I provide is like water, fertiliser and sunshine. An apple tree can survive without these for a while, but without nurturing the impacts of our VUCAH* environment will hit hard. I supply just the right quantities of water, fertiliser and sunshine at just the right time, tailored to your specific environmental conditions.
*VUCA = volatile, unpredictable, complex, ambiguous, hyperconnected

Academic and author
I teach team coaching and am a faculty member of several international training schools. I enjoy working with my faculty peers and course participants, contributing to the collective growth of team coaching as a professional discipline.
One of my most significant achievements is writing and publishing a book about team coaching. The many ups and downs I experienced along the way aided my own growth. If you are interested in my publishing story, download it below.
I have also contributed work in other notable publications.
Life experience
I have been fortunate to have diverse life experience including growing up in a small rural community in New Zealand and nurturing strong connections to European heritage. As a young adult I lived and worked in large cities all over the world. I have travelled extensively and one of my most exhilarating life experiences was being a tour guide in Central and Eastern Europe for three years. I was essentially a nomad - living out of a bag, spending many hours in airports and train stations. The experience was significant in developing my people and leadership skills.
